Using the Layout feature within the Pivot Table Wizard

Use the Pivot Table layout feature to add your fields to your Pivot Table.  A Pivot Table must have at least two fields: a page, row or column field and a data field.

You may access the layout feature by either of the following options:

• The first time you create a Pivot Table.

• After you have already created a Pivot Table.
